This Refund, Returns & Warranty Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to purchases made through our website, the “Site.”
“AZ Motorsport,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to AZ Motorsport / 9417-5155 Québec Inc.
“You” refers to the customer.

1. Effective Date
This Policy applies to eligible items purchased on or after the “Last Updated” date shown above.
Purchases made before that date may be subject to the refund, return, and warranty rules in effect at the time of purchase.
Online return rules may not apply to purchases made through Point of Sale, in-store, or through third-party dealers.
2. Customer Support
We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you experience an issue with a product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve it efficiently.
Claims must start at the original place of purchase.

If you purchased through a dealer, installer, distributor, marketplace, or third party, your claim must be handled through that original seller first. AZ Motorsport may still assist with technical guidance when possible.
3. Do Not Remove or Alter Installed Products
If an issue arises after installation, do not remove, cut, weld, modify, repair, or alter the product before receiving written instructions from AZ Motorsport.
In many cases, diagnostics, photos, and videos can help resolve the issue without removing the product.
Any product that has been cut, welded, modified, repaired, altered, or damaged may be refused for return, refund, or warranty coverage.
4. Order Cancellations & Changes
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at:
Orders may not be cancelled once they have shipped.
Cancellations requested more than 48 hours after order placement may be subject to a 20% allocation/handling fee, where permitted by law. This fee helps cover payment processing, order handling, and material allocation.
Custom, special-order, made-to-order, and pre-order items may not be cancellable once production, allocation, or procurement has started.
5. Product Representation
We work to keep product photos, descriptions, and specifications accurate. However, product photos may not always reflect the latest product revision.
Minor design updates may include changes to brackets, weld layout, finishes, clamps, piping layout, valve design, hardware, or other details.
If you require confirmation of a specific detail, finish, feature, or fitment, you must contact AZ Motorsport before purchasing.
6. Returns
6.1 Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for return, the item must be:
- unused;
- uninstalled;
- not heat-cycled;
- in original packaging;
- complete with all hardware, clamps, brackets, gaskets, wiring, controllers, accessories, and components;
- free of damage, scratches, marks, odors, installation signs, or use.
Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
6.2 Return Authorization Required
All returns require written approval from AZ Motorsport before the item is shipped back.
To request a return, email info@azmotorsport.ca with:
- your order number;
- full name;
- reason for return;
- photos of the item;
- photos of the packaging;
- any other relevant information.
For large kits, exhaust systems, downpipes, or special products, photos of the packaging and product condition are strongly recommended before shipment.
6.3 Non-Returnable Items
Unless required by law, the following items are not returnable:
- electrical or electronic items;
- valve controllers;
- wiring harnesses;
- sensors;
- remotes;
- modules;
- actuators;
- motors;
- electronic components;
- special-order products;
- made-to-order products;
- custom products;
- pre-order items, unless approved in writing by AZ Motorsport;
- installed products;
- used products;
- heat-cycled products;
- products without original packaging;
- incomplete returns;
- products missing hardware, clamps, gaskets, brackets, wiring, controllers, or accessories;
- products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, modification, accident, neglect, road debris, or improper handling;
- return requests made after 30 days from delivery;
- partial returns of a complete kit;
- clearance, discounted, or promotional items, unless required by law.
6.4 Eligible Returns & 30% Restocking Fee
Approved eligible returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, where permitted by law.
This fee helps cover inspection, repackaging, payment processing, handling, and inventory restocking.
Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, not heat-cycled, and in original packaging with all components included.
Items returned damaged, incomplete, improperly packaged, or not in resaleable condition may be refused or may be subject to additional deductions, where permitted by law.
6.5 Return Shipping
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless AZ Motorsport confirms in writing that we will provide a return label.
The customer is responsible for properly packaging the item for return shipment.
AZ Motorsport is not responsible for damage caused during return shipping due to poor packaging or carrier handling.
7. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
For orders purchased through a dealer, installer, distributor, marketplace, or third party, refunds must be handled through the original place of purchase.
Approved returns must be received and inspected before any refund is processed.
Refunds may be reduced by:
- the 30% restocking fee;
- missing parts;
- product damage;
- repackaging costs;
- shipping costs;
- payment processing fees, where permitted by law;
- any other deductions permitted by law.
Unless otherwise required by law:
- original shipping fees are non-refundable;
- return shipping is the customer’s responsibility;
- duties, taxes, customs fees, and brokerage fees are non-refundable;
- installation, removal, diagnostic, storage, tuning, or labour costs are non-refundable.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
8. Exchanges & Partial Returns
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To exchange a product, you must place a new order and return the original item, if eligible, under this Policy.
Partial returns are not accepted.
For example, if a product was sold as a complete kit, individual components of that kit may not be returned separately.
9. Fitment Issues
If you believe you received a product that does not fit properly, you must stop the installation immediately.
Do not force the product into place. Do not cut, weld, modify, bend, grind, heat-cycle, or run the vehicle with the product installed.
To submit a fitment claim, email info@azmotorsport.ca with:
- your order number;
- vehicle year, make, model, trim, and engine;
- photos of the product;
- photos showing the installation issue;
- at least 10 clear photos from multiple angles;
- at least 1 video clearly showing the issue;
- any relevant installation notes.
Once a product is installed, used, modified, damaged, or heat-cycled, it may no longer be eligible for return.
Manufacturing-related fitment defects must be confirmed by AZ Motorsport.
10. Sound & Personal Preference Disclaimer
Exhaust sound, tone, volume, drone, resonance, and personal preference are subjective.
Sound-related concerns are not considered a product defect and are not eligible for return, refund, or warranty claim.
By purchasing an AZ Motorsport exhaust product, you understand that the final sound may vary depending on the vehicle, engine, tune, downpipes, headers, catalytic converters, resonators, mufflers, valve setup, installation, and other modifications.
11. Installation Disclaimer
Professional installation is strongly recommended for all AZ Motorsport products.
The customer is responsible for confirming fitment before purchasing and before installation.
AZ Motorsport is not responsible for:
- installation costs;
- removal costs;
- diagnostic fees;
- tuning costs;
- storage fees;
- towing fees;
- downtime;
- lost revenue;
- labour charges;
- damage caused by improper installation;
- additional parts required due to vehicle-specific modifications or condition.
12. Warranty Coverage
AZ Motorsport offers a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser only against manufacturing defects on covered components, subject to the terms of this Policy.
Warranty coverage is not transferable.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
12.1 What Is Covered — Lifetime Coverage
Lifetime coverage applies to manufacturing defects affecting:
- stainless steel tubing;
- titanium tubing;
- welds, including cracking, separation, or pinholes caused by workmanship;
- brackets;
- hangers;
- structural mounting points;
- manufacturing-related fitment defects confirmed by AZ Motorsport.
12.2 What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- electronic components;
- valves;
- actuators;
- motors;
- valve controllers;
- wiring;
- sensors;
- remotes;
- modules;
- normal wear and tear;
- discoloration;
- heat tinting;
- surface corrosion;
- scratches;
- dents;
- cosmetic imperfections;
- road debris damage;
- bottoming out;
- accident damage;
- misuse;
- improper installation;
- incorrect installation;
- third-party modifications;
- parts that have been cut, welded, modified, repaired, or altered;
- issues caused by incorrect fitment selection;
- issues caused by non-OEM modifications that affect installation or alignment;
- sound preference, tone, volume, drone, or resonance complaints;
- labour, installation, removal, diagnostic, tuning, towing, storage, downtime, or incidental/consequential damages.
Electrical and electronic components are not covered by lifetime warranty.
12.3 Warranty Claim Process
To start a warranty claim, email info@azmotorsport.ca with:
- your order number;
- proof of purchase;
- vehicle year, make, model, trim, and engine;
- clear photos of the issue;
- clear videos of the issue;
- installation notes;
- any relevant diagnostic information.
Do not remove, cut, weld, modify, repair, or alter the product before receiving written instructions from AZ Motorsport.
AZ Motorsport may request additional documentation to diagnose the issue.
12.4 Warranty Remedy
If a warranty claim is approved, AZ Motorsport will, at its discretion, repair or replace the covered component.
Refunds are not guaranteed for warranty claims.
If a replacement is provided, AZ Motorsport may require the defective part to be returned.
Replacement parts do not restart or extend the original warranty period.
13. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact AZ Motorsport within 48 hours of delivery.
Email info@azmotorsport.ca with:
- your order number;
- photos of the product;
- photos of the packaging;
- photos of the shipping label;
- photos of any visible damage;
- a description of the issue.
Claims submitted after 48 hours may be refused, where permitted by law.
Do not install, use, modify, or discard the product or packaging before receiving instructions from AZ Motorsport.
14. Return Address
Do not send returns without written authorization.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.
15. Legal Rights
Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Where any part of this Policy is not permitted by law, that part will apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
16. Policy Updates
We may update, change, or replace any part of this Policy at any time by posting an updated version on the Site.
When changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
We may also notify you by email when we make changes that we consider material or when notice is required by applicable law.
Your continued use of the Site or purchase of products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
