AZ MOTORSPORT — SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to purchases made through our website (the “Site”). “AZ Motorsport”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to AZ Motorsport (9417-5155 Québec Inc.). “You” refers to the customer.

1) Shipping Regions
We ship from Québec, Canada to:
Canada
United States
Other destinations may be available at checkout, if shown. If a destination is not available at checkout, it is not currently serviceable.
2) Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays.
Some products may require additional preparation time, such as made-to-order items, special finishes, pre-orders, or products that are not currently in stock. If applicable, this will be communicated on the product page or after purchase.
Note: Processing time is separate from transit time.
3) Out-of-Stock, Pre-Order & Made-to-Order Items
Some products listed on our website may not be immediately in stock and may require production before shipping. This includes certain exhaust systems, downpipes, titanium products, custom parts, special-order items, and products marked as pre-order or made-to-order.
If an item is not currently in stock, the estimated production time may be approximately 6 to 8 weeks before the order is ready to ship. This timeframe is an estimate and may vary depending on material availability, production volume, supplier delays, quality control, and shipping logistics.
By placing an order for an out-of-stock, pre-order, special-order, or made-to-order item, you acknowledge and agree that the product may require a production period before shipment. Shipping time begins only once the product has completed production and has been handed to the carrier.
Production timelines are not guaranteed delivery dates. An order may not be cancelled, refunded, or disputed solely because the product is still within the stated production timeline, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant delay. If a delay becomes unreasonable or if we are unable to fulfill the order, we will contact you to discuss available options.
4) Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are shown at checkout and are based on destination, package size/weight, and the selected service level.
Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, including delays caused by weather, peak periods, customs clearance, or other events outside our control.
5) Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including unit number, buzzer code, and any required delivery details.
If a package is returned to us due to:
an incorrect/incomplete address,
refused delivery,
unclaimed shipment,
failure to pay applicable duties/taxes/fees for international deliveries,
you may be responsible for return shipping costs, reshipping costs, and/or applicable handling fees where permitted by law.
6) Signature on Delivery — High-Value Orders
For certain high-value orders, we may require a signature upon delivery. If you request that signature be removed, where available, you accept the risk of loss once the carrier marks the package as delivered.
7) Customs, Duties, Taxes & Brokerage — USA / International
For shipments outside Canada, including the USA, your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage, and/or import fees imposed by the destination country and carrier. These charges are:
not included unless explicitly stated at checkout, and
the customer’s responsibility.
If you refuse to pay import charges and the shipment is returned or abandoned, we may deduct any return shipping, handling, and carrier fees from any refund issued, where permitted by law.
8) Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and responsibility for the shipment transfers to you when the carrier confirms delivery to the shipping address provided, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
9) Tracking
Where available, we will provide tracking information once the carrier has accepted the shipment. Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may not update immediately.
10) Split Shipments
We may ship items in multiple packages or from different facilities where practical. If so, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.
11) Shipping Restrictions
Some products may be restricted from shipment to certain locations due to carrier rules, regulatory requirements, size/weight limits, or other constraints. If we cannot ship an item, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a refund.
12) “Delivered” but Not Received / Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it:
verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
check around the delivery location and with household members/neighbors
contact the carrier to open a delivery investigation
contact us at info@azmotorsport.ca with your order number and the carrier case number
Theft after delivery: If a shipment is marked delivered to the correct address, we are not responsible for theft or loss after delivery. We may assist with documentation but cannot guarantee replacement or refund.
13) Shipping Damage
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your package arrives damaged:
take clear photos of:
(a) the outer box,
(b) shipping label,
(c) packing materials, and
(d) damaged item(s)
notify us within 72 hours of delivery at info@azmotorsport.ca with your order number and photos.
Carrier claims often require timely reporting. Failure to report within the stated window may limit available remedies.
14) Policy Updates
We may update, change, or replace any part of this Policy at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. We will also notify you by email at the email address associated with your account or provided at checkout when we make changes that we consider material and/or when notice is required by applicable law. Your continued use of the Site or purchase of products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
