PERFORMANCE / INSTALLATION / LEGAL COMPLIANCE NOTICE
Some products sold by AZ Motorsport are performance automotive parts and may affect vehicle operation, drivability, sound, emissions compliance, or warranty coverage. It is your responsibility to confirm fitment, compatibility, and legality in your jurisdiction before ordering and installing. Installation should be performed by a qualified professional unless clearly stated otherwise. Any use, installation, or tuning is at your own risk.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. AZ Motorsport reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until AZ Motorsport confirms acceptance and receives and processes your payment.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once an order is accepted, AZ Motorsport may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests, changes, address updates, or order modifications.
In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, labor disruptions, or events outside our control.
If you are ordering outside Canada, you may be responsible for customs duties, brokerage fees, taxes, and/or import charges assessed by your country or carrier. These charges are not included in our prices unless we expressly state otherwise.
Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you, to the extent permitted by applicable law. If a package is marked delivered by the carrier but you cannot locate it, you agree to cooperate with us and the carrier in any investigation or claim.

AZ Motorsport is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with AZ Motorsport. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and AZ Motorsport, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with AZ Motorsport.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
You and AZ Motorsport consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in the judicial district of Longueuil (Québec), unless applicable law requires otherwise.
